There’s No Money in Old Money

In the first section of The Old Money Book I talk about the Core Values of individuals and families who’ve had wealth and privilege for several generations. These values include health, education, and financial independence, among others.

In the second part of the book, I detail How Old Money Does It. Here I discuss the simple ways that Old Money lives: how it dresses, how it behaves in public, how it speaks, and how it socializes, and more.

Aside from the sections on men’s and women’s attire and cars, I generally don’t suggest spending money or buying things. And when I do suggest buying something, it’s an item that will not cost an arm and a leg and will last a long time.

Being Old Money is not about being a consumer. So–aside from the book which retails for all of $2.99–I don’t have any product to sell you. I don’t have a seminar for you to attend. I don’t have DVDs or a newsletter. And, at present, there aren’t any ads on the blog or Facebook page.

In short, there’s no money in Old Money. The reward for me is sharing the wisdom that I’ve seen benefit so many people, regardless of their income level. The reward for you is a richer, more fulfilling life that’s not based on a product, but a philosophy.

Old Money isn’t something you buy. It’s something you personally invest in. So buy the book. Read it. Adopt the principles. And watch it pay off.

Cha-ching.
