I give credit to the men and women working in those submarines. I don’t think I would like not seeing the sun shine! As for quarantine, I agree that having a routine adds meaning to your day and helps you accomplish things. Cleanliness and order reduces stress, because you can move around freely and find things easier when you need them. Communication is important to get along with the people around you. It helps too, to have a hobby, project, or work you like to keep your spirits up.
