Recommendation: Xin Yuan Silk and Cashmere

As all of you know, I rarely recommend products or companies.

The vendors we discuss in our annual “Old Money Back To School Wardrobe List” are an exception, but all of our readers contribute their favorite brands as well, so any vendor mentioned is hardly a full-throated endorsement from me.

In fact, one of the hallmarks of Old Money culture is not buying a lot of stuff—and only buying classic, quality items that can endure both the test of time and the follies of fashion.

In that spirit, I’d like to introduce you to Min Wong, a true artisan when it comes to scarves. You can find all of her exquisite products HERE:

Min works with skilled weavers in Suzhou, China, where fine silk has been woven for more than 2,000 years.

She continues this tradition today with the help of Tucker, her trusty golden retriever, personally curating each design and selecting each fabric herself.

Recently, my wife received a scarf made by Min as a gift from a family member. The vibrant color and rich texture of the fabric are exquisite.

I can’t recommend Min highly enough. (Tucker, vice president of quality control, can be seen below, reading the Chinese language version of The Old Money Book).

Each scarf arrives beautifully packaged in a luxurious gift box with a lovely, personal card from Min.

As the holiday season approaches, consider a timeless gift of elegance and beauty from Xin Yuan Silk and Cashmere for that special someone.

Again, visit her website at: https://shopxinyuansilk.com

Oh, and by the way, guys, she’s got a great selection of cashmere scarves for men, too. Just sayin’.

Note: as you know, I don’t receive any compensation or free product from vendors I promote here on the blog.
