Just Published! The Rich Minimalist by Byron Tully

I’m proud to announce that my latest nonfiction book, The Rich Minimalist – An Invitation to Embrace Luxury Living With Less, is now available.

I’ve taken a fresh approach to the popular topic by first dissecting how we think about material possessions and  what they mean to us–prior to discussing why and how to live luxuriously with less ‘stuff’.

I think you’re going to find this book thought-provoking and actionable. The strategies I offer to help you reduce clutter and increase real living are surprisingly simple, perhapschallenging to implement, but certainly worthwhile.

Of course, my time here in Paris figure prominently: Parisians have, often by necessity, been minimalists long before the term came into the popular vernacular. I discuss them in general, and aristocrats in particular, in order to show you how you can reduce the material possessions in your life and make room for those great intangibles: family, friends, work, and purpose.

And I provide a roadmap for you to do all this…and live more luxuriously in the process.

I hope you’ll oder your copy today, and then leave me a glowing review on Amazon afterwards. (Wink, nod.)

You can purchase your Kindle edition HERE.

You can purchase your paperback or hardcover edition HERE.

Thank you.

  1. Being a minimalist by heart, this is the book I’ve been waiting for.

Could you please allow Kindle distribution on German (European?) Amazon as well? Right now, it’s not available there.

  2. Congratulations on another book! Mine arrived from Amazon yesterday, and I am looking forward to reading it.

  3. I purchased and read it last week!

I treated myself to a few of your other books and kept coming back to buy more. I am excited to have added this richness to my life.

    1. Thank you, sir! Much appreciated. If you have a moment, please feel free to leave a review on Amazon. It helps so much. Glad you enjoyed it. – BGT

  4. Mr. Tully:
Love the book, came at the perfect time for me, I am “resizing” back to my former pre-marital state (not divorcing, love the hubby) just regaining my perspective. When I married 15 years ago, I came into the marriage with only 3 carloads of “stuff”. Two of those carloads were just books. Since marriage I have accumulated way too much stuff, especially wardrobe related. My wardrobe prior to marraige would have made John Malloy proud. It followed your basic rules. I could pack for a week long business trip to Europe in only my computer roller bag. But I digress with TMI, apologies. Question about closet clean out. Women get 10 pairs of shoes, do I count golf & hiking boots in the 10?

    1. Hell Debra,
Thank you for the kind words about the book. I’d say 10 pair of shoes, plus golf and hiking. Sports shoes can be so specific; they’re not versatile at all, unlike other shoes. Let me know how it goes! Thanks again. – BGT
